Paphos People

I've decided we need more beans and pulses in our diet, but unfortunately, I have very few recipes. I also have no idea what most of the pulses are, that you see sold loose in the shops. So any recipes or advice will be very welcome.

Also, I've never had a nut roast and always fancied trying one, have you got a recipe for that?
