Paphos People

Ok , as promised ..
I have arranged a paphos peoples night out to the limassol wine festival .
it will be on friday the 3rd of sept the bus will be leaving paphos around 6.20pm
from the CTO office opposite the almera hotel
( will confirm exact times soon)
This is a free excursion from The Paphos CTO,
though places are limited
entrance to the Limassol wine festival is 5 euros , but you get a voucher for a free bottle of wine when you get in side .
There are also live music bands inside , grape stomping if you want , plenty of eating places , and lots of art and craft things ,,
the bus leaves limassol at about 11.30pm and you arrive back in paphos just after 12.00 ..

I went to this last year , it was a great night out ...

If you are considering this event , but have not yet put your name down,
please do this straight away ,, as I need to let the CTO know the numbers as soon as possible...
If it is around 20 they will down size the bus ,, then you wont be able to come on here and book at the last minute,
as the seat wont be there ...

Just arrived on the island on Wednesday and just managing to get online on occasion where I can find free wi-fi (Cyta are supposed to be installing tomorrow - quick service since we only went and ordered it on Thursday!!)

Are there still places available?? If so can I have 2 definitely and with a possible 3 others?? I can confirm to you on Tuesday!

UPDATE: For limassol wine festival

Just to let you all know .
the pick up location has been changed this year, as the harbour was far to busy for the buses last year..
the pick up will be from the CTO office opposite the Almera hotel at the top of bar street, it is recommend that you park your cars
In the car park at the back of the loft night club , around the corner from Nemos fish and chip shop.

pick up time is 6.20pm on friday the 3rd sept

I have sent all the names across to Mirka , (The lady at the CTO) They have put on an extra bus just to accomadate us ..

I look forward to a great night out

Ah ! for those who have not been ..
.
once you get in , there are loads of eating areas , with rows upon rows of tables ..
what we did last year was take a big row of tables and use them as a base.
we kinda just left thigs like that at the tables , as there was always someone sat there who
could watch others stuff .. ..
dont worry about carting things about , once we find a base and you can do what you want ..

I will be able to fill one of those spaces, so that leaves me one to fill..

It took a lot of work to get the CTO to give us an extra bus for the festival ,
I would therefore kindly ask that people dont let us down on this event,
as it will not do our credibilty any good for next year ..
