I'm going to stand up and be honest!!!!!
As a football manager I have never liked him!!
The bulbous red nose and the continual bleating about how his team could do no wrong and are all angels!!
Totally ungracious in defeat and never been able to show due respect to his opponents as he believes his team have a god given right to win every decision and all referees and assistants are against him!!!
He shows no respect to anyone and believes everyone should curtail to his opinion!!!

Which brings me to my question................

Why the hell did Sir Alex Ferguson, the greatest manager the world has ever seen, retire today and not the arsenal manager I have described above???

Really, I think Fergies riches lie in his achievements, rather than his bank account.
What a stack of memories he must have, in charge of THE best club in the world for so long & unlike Mancini, he gets to finish as manager at his time of choosing - albeit upon reflection it is a bit strange that finishing 2nd.in the Premier League after winning it last year carries such a penalty.
IMHO Man.City need to cut the wage bill & get some talent that is willing to work for their pay!
The owners will have no concept of 'the work ethic', as they were just born in the right place, at the right time, to the right parents.
