This post is on behalf of a friend here who is not on the internet just yet. He has a lapsed Cyprus drivers licence, now he has returned to Cyprus (6 months ago) can he renew it, how, and if so where? Thanks Amos. |

Just go to the Dept of Transport office in Mesogi like everyone else, if you could print the form off (check the cy.gov website) for him beforehand it would be a help. |

I have no idea but I would have thought so - it may explain on the notes on the forms. |

My friend has his old Cyprus licence, now out of validity, so I will advise to go down there and ask. Many thanks for your help and advice, Regards Amos. |
