Thanks in advance and as the title suggests we have a client requiring an apartment, townhouse or villa with title deeds in and around Peyia.

There is no great specification other than ready to move in or little work required. The maximum price is €140,000 so hopefully a kindly person will have one for sale.

My friend has a Two Bed Apartment in Peyia , on a complex with a Pool for Sale .

If interested please advise and I will check on the price he wants .

He is looking for 160,000 , but I think he will go to 150,000 .

He has the Title Deeds available .
