Built in 1999, so that's makes it 20 years old (not 15 as stated) & probably therefore not built to seismic regulations/standards either. The asking price of this 'gem' is optimistic to say the least (given it is not even habitable IMHO), 250k would be more realistic. |

Thanks topgun, the property has been empty for 15 years not constructed 15 years. You are correct 20 years built. The works are actually mostly cosmetic internally and externally and is actually in very good condition for the year and period of vacancy. We have had estimators give us quotations already. Of course if someone wishes to further alter the property with flooring styles, kitchens etc etc then this will increase the cost somewhat. |
