Mr Haris, Please can you comment on the relevance of having (or not) an AX number allocated to a title application, what it means and the relevance to a sale. Kind thanks. |

Good afternoon, The AX number is the file number at the Land Registry office when the application for separate title deeds are submitted. In order for this application to be submitted the developer/registered owner must have obtained the following: 1. Planning Permission 2. Building Permission 3. Final Certificate of Completion If you are selling your property and you do not have separate title dees, this file reference number goes a long way to show that all the necessary procedures have been followed and the separate title deeds should be issued soon.
