If you mean from the Cyprus Govt. here's a starter for 10 http://www.cyprus.gov.cy/portal/portal. ... dSection=2

If you mean the UK child Benefit will have to look for someone more knowledgable :(

Read somewhere on a forum where if you reside outside UK you do not qualify.If they catch up with you then you back pay it all.I would think best bet is contact the child benifit agency in the UK.
