An experienced part time secretary is required to work in a busy Paphos Law Office. Duties involve liaison with clients, developers and other lawyers, preparing contracts, wills and faxes, diary management and general office duties.

We are looking for the following skills

* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Good organisational skills
* Experience in an office environment
* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office, e-mail and internet
* Enthusiastic 'can do' approach

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8am - 1pm.
