Finding it difficult to adjust sound on remote control. Do I need to go to settings on magbox ?

Maybe the remote needs new batteries? Happened to mine just over a year ago even though everything else was working OK.

There is an app you can get called Magic Remote , handy to have if your remote has problems .

Does it happen with both ways of changing the volume - the "proper" volume control as well as the buttons left and right of the OK button? That way you should know if it is an issue with the remote, or a setting in the box.
