Welcome to the forum guys.

I'm guessing from the name you're a rugby man?

Well coming from Leicester I suppose rugby is your best option!

I live at the moment within sight of the cricket ground a ten minute walk to the walkers stadium and the tigers ground but there has only ever been one team to support really. I've never supported the football club quite understandably

Someone with a bit a class at last. Too much banter about that girlie sport of football. Glad to see there is a real man on the site at last.

I watched the Pafos Tigers play Episkopi and they slaughtered them. I was told that a lot of the regular Episkopi players had been deployed to Afghanistan, which is probably true as they are the Royal Welsh who are stationed here at the moment.

My only comment would be not to expect to watch the match without the distraction of the banter of the local "supporters". I think they were only there for the beer. I was looking for the remote control to turn off the "chat" switch, but sadly couldn't find it. I love the social side of rugby. But when the game is on - the game is on, if you know what I mean.
