I've decided I need a philosophy on life, kind of a fallback point to remind myself where I am and what I'm doing - pinched the following in part from a book I read recently and am still working on the finer points but i'm thinking something along the lines of:

"If people show you good will, show them good will back, if they show you bad will, still show them good will in return. That way you increase in good will, and no matter what happens, or how bad things become you'll always be able to walk with your head held high"

It was either that or:

"Kill them all and let God sort them out"

But I decided to go with the more laid-back, and less labour-intensive option

Anyone else?

Sounds like a take on the biblical "turn the other cheek" to me.

I like the bit from the hypocratic oath - First Do No Harm. Failing that, part of my philosophy of life is in my signature.

My philosophy is very simple -

Everything happens for a reason

Even though it's not always obvious what that reason is! So buckle up and enjoy this rollercoaster called Life.
