Post subject:  Cat grooming

Am looking for a good cat groomer who may have to partially sedate a couple of long haired cats to remove the various burrs and clumping that happens this time of year. The vet no longer does it.

Thanks in advance.

It may be worth your while speaking to CyVets as they may be prepared to help. They have their own groomer who would have to be booked. Good luck.

Our long haired, once feral cat George is combed every day by my husband ....to keep his fur in tip top condition...otherwise he would soon be in a terrible condition
Matted with burs, rubbish and of course long haired cats loose a lot of their fur during the summer months to help them keep cooler...so combing him is essential to help him shed the excess fur

After a visit to the groomers ...is it possible for you to comb them yourself?
Or are they very feral and unapproachable?
