Hi

We have almost completed the build on our house , just down to kitchen and a few other internal bits , but we have been told that we need to get the final building Permit before we can apply for the Pemanant Electric supply .
On a visit to their office they said they are currently working on permits for 2008 , and would not be looking at 2009 until late this year , which I guess in our case would mean Mid 2011 before we get it ???

Is this right and is there anything we can do or contact to speed this up , or can we get Power Supply prior to this

All we are looking for is a guide line on how long your's took to be issued , and if you have any LEGAL suggestion on how to progress further and faster .
