Hi. Does anyone have any ideas if the current global financial situation will affect the Cyprus market. My guts tell me that the answer is in the question - Global. We currently have a multi currency morgage in Cyprus and over the past two years it has gone up by approx £150. This is based on the Swiss franc which we were told was the most stable of currencies. !!!! Am wondering now if the Cypriot banks will be affected by the situation of banks going bust etc both in the United States and the UK. Do they borrow from each other the same. Thanks Gilly |
