what's the only club in the football league (prem inc) that you can't colour in?

i.e. if a club has a "b" in it, you can fill in the circle bit, whereas if it had a "w" in it there is nothing to fill in

I don't know the answer to the pub on every corner question but nowadays most clubs will have a bar on every corner won't they ?
